Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga which includes practices of Purification of the body and the mind, Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation techniques to enable the system to sustain a higher dimensions of energy
"Ha" means Sun
"Tha" means Moon
"Hatha" means the Yoga form targetted at bringing a balance between the Sun and the Moon within and uniting opposites.

Traditional Yoga

It is called Raja Yoga or Classical Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga. Traditional Yog works towards gradually moving away from the external sensory transient world to focus the energy more on the internal spiritual journey that leads you towards moksha with a goal of union with the absolute or the divine.
